David Davidenko (MBA)

David (Viacheslav Davidenko) is a serial entrepreneur and management professional with a stellar career history of achievement with founding, leading, and investing in a diverse portfolio of successful businesses. David has achieved great success in investing more than $600M into diversified projects, including High Tech and Real Estate. He has made a successful transition to real estate with a focus on multi-family investments. He owned all-time more than 7,000 units in 36 properties, including 12 as a General Partner. Out of those 12 properties as a GP 8 went a full cycle, with the best performer generating 42% IRR for passive investors. He also was one of 4 founding members of the mixed-use Leander Springs project, invested in Built to Rent, several new multifamily development projects, land development, car washes, etc.
